Angel is a female gray wolf who was born in Washington in 1997. She came to Wolf Haven in 1998. The woman that owned Angel tried using her in an Ambassador Wolf program, a program that takes wolves into schools for educational purposes; however Angel was terrified of crowds (as is typical of wolves) and was subsequently placed at Wolf Haven. Because of Angel's shy disposition, she is housed off-tour with her mate Yukon.
