Wolf Haven's staff and volunteers ready to welcome our 2025 Wolves & Wine guests!

Thank you to everyone who made our 11th annual Wolves & Wine fundraiser a sold-out success! It is always a delight to bring our community of supporters together for an evening of fun, reflection, and anticipation as we work together to raise funds for Wolf Haven’s sanctuary, education, and conservation efforts.

This year, the room was filled to capacity with old and new friends eager to share their passion for our mission. The night offered a raucous live auction, beverage tastings from local wineries and breweries, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and mingling with fellow wildlife advocates. Those who were unable to attend in-person were still able to participate through online auction bidding and making virtual “paddle raises.” We even welcomed a keynote speaker to the event for the first time ever: award-winning ecologist, conservationist, podcaster, TV host, and author Chris Morgan, whose address left everyone in the room feeling moved and inspired!

We’re incredibly grateful to our sponsors for helping make this event possible: Colvin Ranch, Evergreen Veterinary Hospital, First Interstate Bank, John & Clare Sleeter, Lobo Hills, Olympia Federal Savings, Olympia Food Co-op, Patrick Vance Dunn Memorial, Port Blakely, Print NW, Region-6 Systems Integration, Sandra Johnson, Sierra Pacific Foundation, Skookumchuck Botanicals, Summit Veterinary Referral Center, TwinStar Credit Union, and Wolfpack Cellars. Wolves & Wine would also not have been possible without the hundreds of hours of hard work and dedication provided by the event committee: Emily Evans, Heather Hilf, Cindy Irwin, Scott McKee, Irina Osechinskaya, Faye Peebles, Jessica Pellington, Cristina Rodriguez-Wagner, Evan Skytte, Gina Thurston, and Geoff Willard. But perhaps most importantly, thank you to our board of directors, volunteers, staff, and supporters, who raised over $200,000 for the wolves in one night!

Watch our program video to learn more about what you helped us accomplished this year!

Whether you attended the event in-person or supported us virtually from your own corner of the world, your generosity will allow us to continue to provide quality care to the animals in our sanctuary and advocate for wolves in the wild. We are already looking forward to next year!
